Clever
Clever allows students to have a single point of sign on for the programs they use at SCMS & SMA. When an app is Clever roster enabled, all roster information is sent from FACTS to the program requiring no class setup on your end. The apps below that are in bold are Clever roster enabled and sync roster information automatically. You should not create your own classes or enroll students manually in any of the bold programs below. This has been done for you and will automatically enroll future students or remove students who withdraw. As a teacher, you should be accessing the programs in bold via the Clever extension shown in the overview video below.
The programs that are not bold allow for single sign on. When choosing one of these programs from the Clever portal, the student will be prompted to sign in with their username and password. Once they have signed in to each program once, Clever will sign them in automatically moving forward. This works the same for you as the teacher.
Each teacher has the option of customizing their own portal page and adding apps from the Clever Library. More information on how to do that is located here.

QR CODES: QR Codes are enabled for all students. Grades 7th & 8th are required to also use a pin with their QR Code. QR Codes are available to each teacher by following these directions:
How do I print a Badge for a student?
Classes
Navigate to the Classes tab at the top of your Portal
Select the student's class
Select the student from your roster and click Download Badge
The Badge will download to your computer, which you can print and give to the student
Teacher Pages
Log in to the Clever Portal and click on the Teacher Page that is shared with the student
Click on the student's name on the left-hand side of the Teacher Page
Select Download Badge
The Badge will download to your computer, which you can print and give to the student
